ABSTRACT

Leadership can be defined as the process of influencing and directing others. Today, leadership is one of the most important factors, bringing achievement to the organizations. The organizations, being aware of the significance of leadership, might be more successful. The scope of this study is to define the leadership behaviors of the graduate students studying in the departments of Economic and Administrative Sciences and Economics and Public Administration of Trakya University. Following the assessments of the findings obtained from the study, leadership behaviors of the students have been determined and some certain suggestions have been proposed.
