Abstract
In this study, the indirect effect of trust in the organization on affective commitment through organizational health was investigated. For this purpose, data from a sample of 180 municipality employees were used to test the hypothesis created in the light of the literature. The data obtained were analyzed with frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that organizational health perception has a full mediating role in the effect of trust on the organization on the affective commitment. This finding revealed the importance of organizational health perception or a healthy organizational structure especially in ensuring affective commitment. In this regard, some suggestions have been presented to both managers and those who will do researches in the future.
