ABSTRACT

In the management of the Ottoman State non Muslim religious communities were given the rights of their own school opening, management and teachers appointing. The state recognized this right collapse in time which drafted the important one of the factors has been. Six provinces a very large number of Armenian community at divine service school and foreign states of the missionary school was there.
